What's the difference between garlic and academia

At last my Refractory paper appears. It's been almost two years since I sent the initial abstract. I am worried now that it's a whole heap of crapola that I would never write now but hey....whatever. It's still nice to see my name in print.

Like garlic...all is vanity.
